How long will it take for my order to arrive?Everything is packed with care in recyclable solid board envelopes, postal boxes or tubes so that your parcel reaches you safe and sound. Within the UK at present, your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working days, after the order has been placed. Outside of the UK allow up to 28 working days due to the ongoing postal delays, though many will arrive within 14 working days. If you need something urgently, please do contact us and we will do our best to help. Please do let us know if your order has not arrived. It may be worth checking with a neighbour or your local depot first.

Do you offer framing for your prints?No. However, all of our prints will fit most standard-size frames that can be purchased from shops or online retailers.

What do you print on?We use high-end printing for all our artwork. We want you to love your wall art print for as long as possible. This is why we use 300gsm Callisto Diamond White card stock which is perfect for highly detailed, vibrant coloured images. Our commitment to sustainability is evident through the use of FSC-approved card and papers. Additionally, our wall art prints are meticulously designed and printed in the UK.

Placing, cancelling or returning my order?"PLACING AN ORDER Once you've found a print you like, just hit "Add to cart". You can either carry on browsing for other prints, or hit the "My Cart" icon in the top right of the website. When viewing your cart you can always amend the quantity of prints or remove them. You also have an option "Note to seller" - this is for when you need to give us details about personalised prints. For instance your little ones DOB, name etc. This is where you add those details. This is also where you'll be able to add voucher / coupons codes if you have them. Once you're happy just hit "checkout with PayPal" and follow the instructions. PAYMENT We accept both Paypal and all major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout. CANCELLING AN ORDER If you have clicked the wrong button or noticed a mistake on your order, please notify us within 30 minutes of ordering. Requests to change or cancel orders after this confirmation time will unfortunately not be possible in most cases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content and layout of the design is correct before ordering. As many of our designs can be customised, we print to order and therefore cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that there is a fault in the paper or printing quality of your print, please contact us at info@baldyandthefidget.com within 7 working days from the date of your confirmed order. After this time, all orders will be deemed as approved and accepted. RETURNS If there is any problem with your items or you'd like to return anything, you can do so by contacting us to arrange a return. We will refund any damaged items or if you change your mind (non-personalised items only) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund the sale price as soon as the items are received back in their original packaging and in saleable condition. You will be responsible for any return postage costs to London UK. Personalised orders and commissions cannot be refunded (unless faulty or damaged) as they are made to order. What are your shipping costs?Orders placed before midday (GMT) between Monday and Thursday will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 1-5 working days. Orders after midday Thursday might take an extra working day to dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please check the Royal Mail website for any delays due to strikes etc which may cause some delivery delays - https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news Placing an order is simple and secure. All UK deliveries default to free 2nd class post. If you need your order slightly quicker, we do have postal upgrades available which can be selected in the cart at checkout. Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Sign For and are at a flat rate fee no matter how much you order. UK FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail Delivery (2-3 working days) on all items. For 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery, it's £2.50 flat rate for prints, £1 for single cards and £2 for 6 pack of cards (delivery 1-2 working days). For Royal Mail Special Delivery it’s a £7.65 flat rate for prints and 6 pack of cards, and £6.85 for single cards (delivery is the next day if orders are placed before midday). For DPD it’s £10 flat rate for prints, 6 pack of cards, and single cards (delivery is the next day after the date of dispatch).
